scary...but it's happening in the interior mainly....hear that repos in LA are drawing crowds, whereas in the early 90's it was 2, 3 months...mow if it's a good house for a good price in LA, the bottom feeders are all over it...

so maybe this isn't like the last downturn, caused by the riots, OJ trial, earthquake, and Bill Clinton destroying Boeing, the defense aircraft biz in the San Fernando Valley...

took forever to clear the repos out then....but maybe not now...
