Hedy, my best suggestion would be to email the broker whose name appears on the web site, MrOshinsky@aol.com, or the company itself; when I emailed the company for information about the stock on their website, that's what they suggested as well. This was not an IPO, but instead a private offering of shares by the company themselves. Thomas Green Securities acted as their agent. TGS Securites is listed on the FutureTrak website under links. Good Luck and by the way, what do you think about their products and their chances for success?

Hedy and ALL: FutureTrak will be featuring their goods at the International Boat Show in Ft. Lauderdale Florida later this week. My broker says that they will have their new products on several of the larger exhibits such as Hatteras and the Miss Budweiser. If anyone is going to be there, can you please report back your findings?
