I'm not to sure what you mean by reformat and re-install my software. Which Software are you suggesting I reformat and re-install? Fidelity told me it was a virus, that obtained the data to log in to their website. Since my PW and Customer ID was never given to a soul. Maybe it was some type of identity theft, who really knows. Uninstalling Windows XP professional and re-installing would take alot more than a day for me because of all the files I would have to save on alternate computers and put them all back. In short, to get my PC with it's many profiles back up to what it is today is not an easy or minor task.
