Yes, Bush doled out tons of wealth to Halliburton/KBR, Blackwater, ExxonMobil, etc. That's RepublikanSocialism which is currently working in overdrive as the world's largest insurance company has already run through $90 billion of our money and is looking for more already. RepublikanSocialism is when GM wants the Treasury Department to purchase the company to keep it from going under. RepublikanSocialism is when incompetent bankers run to mommy government to keep their bad decisions from imploding the credit market.
