Now that October has ended, the monthly chart of the SMH can be viewed to see how it compares to the previous months.


During the month, SMH hit a new all-time intraday low of 17.02. The previous intraday low was set in Oct 02 of 17.32.

During the past several months, volume has been quite heavy on the down side. Recovery efforts have had much lower volumes.
