Correct. And also certain spending is put "off budget". Just another way for the government to lie to us.

I'm talking about "real" deficit spending. In 1944 we deficit spent 23% of GDP, in 2007 it was 3.4%. We have a ways to go before we create a stimulus of that magnitude. My point is, we are likely to get more of a Keynesian approach than an Austrian approach by either candidate.
