I have a trailer with a large stainless direct/indirect smoker. It has 24 square feet of cooking area. I could like put 4/5 pigs on the thing but I started doing roasts some years back so I don't have to dork around with all the waste of a whole pig. Carolina pulled pork, Mmmm. Vinegar type mop sauce and some cole slaw to top the sandwich off. Front of the trailer is a large cooler and tap set up. Plug it in or run a little generator to keep the salads and beer cold. Then the whopper grill along with a smaller grill and carving table to the rear. It's quite the set up.
