Southlake is where relative to downtown Dallas? As for weather, I was, as you know, in central Texas in the middle of October. It was quite warm while we were beginning to turn on the heat here in the NE. Now it's on fairly regularly and early last week there was snow in the Poconos on my former commute to work in central PA. And it was snow--in some places as much as a foot. That's incredibly early. I don't recall having to battle snow on those drives before Thanksgiving.
