Very interesting - I have had nothing from the Reps, no calls or mailers that I can recall. I've had a couple of Obama volunteer calls, robocalls from Kaine, Warner, the Obamas, etc. but again no Republican calls at all.

That absence made me suspicious about how hard (or well) McCain is campaigning in such a crucial state. No one from his side has reached out to even try to convince me, or even find out if I am movable.

The last VA poll that showed a McCain lead was the Mason-Dixon from October 1. The notion that McCain can pull off a comeback here looks pretty slim.

This election has been totally dull. Very few bumper stickers, even. With no Senate or state races, and Obama ahead by 18 points, I haven't seen much since the primary.
