The "far left" is a very small part of the current progressive movement and have very few leaders representing them. Obama is not "far left", he is a pragmatic common sense defender of the middle class, a unified America and our futures. This is the opposite of the GOP which has elected crooked and divisive far rightwing ideologues from the top down. And most of them are just about to be voted out of power permanently, and in disgrace I might add.
