Peter, thanks for the apology, it is accepted.

The shorters want a profit:-), and many of those shorting are of like mind in that appropriate action and judgement should be dealt regarding the theft. For some, we even consider this a turning point in morality, and that the damaged party will be properly compensated in $$$$ and removal of product from the marketplace. Hopefully other companies will look within themselves and agree that wrong must not be rewarded, and discontinue business with AVNT. I have to be reasonable and know that some will continue no matter the verdicts handed down, the question is, if the boys go to prison, and the company is found guilty, where will the market value the company?

I worked there - don't count on any exciting new technology
from any of the big EDA companies (particulary those run by [possibly criminal] megalomaniacs).
