I've witnessed that in action during the Clinton days when the left ramped up the CRA efforts, which led to the present day sub prime mortgage crisis. As I've said before, the only perverse pleasure I can take in an Obama victory is that his supporters will get to witness that type of government in all trades once he and the congress have total control. Looks like the coal industry is already in the cross hairs. Don't worry, soon yours will be too.
