You said the PARENT of the fetus is not eligible for human rights because she chose to conceive of the fetus.

I said nothing of the sort.

What I said is that the child isn't infringing on the rights of the parent if the parent caused the dependency. The woman has rights, but they are not violated by not allowing her to kill someone, because that someone is taking from her, when she created the dependent situation in the first place.

Generally I would not have a right to steal bottles of water from you. Doing so would violate your rights. But if you abducted me and took me in the middle of a desert, I'd have the right, to steal your water in order to survive, because you created a situation where I would die without using your resources.
