It didn't seem to bother FDR. Maybe it was the Hoovervilles? Obama can set up some FEMA "Bushtowns" to remind people of who's fault it is.

It's amazing what even 41 R senators, not to mention 49.5, can do to one's reputation.
We make it to 60, and you will see approval go up a tad. Maybe to 60%.
