Early in the campaign Obama had agreed to accept public financing upon nomination. McCain agreed as well. As soon as Obama thought he could do better outside the system, he broke his promise. First time in a Presidential election in years.

Campaign finance reform is a baby of the dems. Obama has effectively killed it. No Republican will ever agree again after Obama's fast shuffle.

On top of that, Obama's fund raising is highly suspect.
