I made no claim about you making any claims, I'm talking about Obama's claims. The definitions and baselines he uses distorts them, even if we could count on him being willing and able to back up his claims based on the baselines, that wouldn't amount to cutting taxes for nearly as many people as he claims would receive a tax cut. Also in addition to campaigning on increasing income taxes for the wealthy he is campaigning on increasing payroll taxes (increasing the cap where the taxes end).
