Yes wealthy people got wealthier. If that's something that upsets you than maybe your happy about the current economic problems (which will probably result in greater equality by most measures at least over the short run)

The bottom 90% after tax income increased about 5%.

Your own quotes of data show that you are wrong. 5% does not equal 0%. So "The bottom 90% after tax income increased about 5%." proves your statement "The bottom 90% didn't get an increase in the 93-97 period..." is false.

" The total number of corporations that don't even try for profits, or that pass their profits and tax liabilities along to the owners is close to 7 million. The number of corporations that theoretically may have to pay taxes themselves is only a bit above 2 million."

And we are supposed to be a capitalist nation????

Having non profit corporations isn't exactly in opposition to capitalism. Political groups, charities etc. are non-profit corporations.

Also the for profit corporations exceed the number of not for profit corporations, but most of these for profit corporations pass along the profits and tax liability to their owners, the taxes get paid as personal income taxes, not as corporate taxes, but profits do get made (in general, obviously not in every company) and taxes are paid on those profits.
