Nope. Acorn hired folks to go out and get people to sign up to vote. It's the job of the voting registras to confirm whether the request to vote is legitimate and a registration can be assigned. What you folks are complaining about is akin to somebody signing a petition, or whatever, with the name Mickey Mouse--happens all the time. The real story here is how Republicans have utilized voter intimidation and voter removal tactics. This is the far more serious issue.
