An Obama win is already factored into the market, so an Obama win wouldn't surprise anyone nor would it likely trigger a tankaroonie. On the other hand, the Bush White House may then choose to stop supporting the market, so who knows?

IMO, Bush and his cronies have caused mass hysteria, uncertainty and fear. These will be greatly reduced when Obama is elected. The market reaction will be a great sigh of relief in the form of a Santa Claus rally to SPX 1100 minimum.

With regard to gold, I expect the XAU to double within the next 6 months or so as the market comes to terms with the eventual and certain inflationary implications of multiple bailouts and money printing. Oh, and the dollar will come back to earth in concert with that.

best...
