Congrats. Pound a week is a very good rate.

BTW, BMI is not a very good measure. It does work for most people, because most people these days are out of shape and not muscular. But BMI would tell a lean muscular athlete, such as your average hockey player that he is overweight.

A good thing though, in favor of BMI is that it is easy to measure.

A good measure is determining body fat percentage. Conceptually, it is far superior method, not limited to people out of shape, but the downside is that it is harder to measure...

226.1 pounds. Down 8/10th of a pound from last week. I thought I would not lose any, had some gouda cheese and a couple of extra smoothies, but still lost. 28.6 BMI. 31 pounds to go.
