yeah but, you just don't get it. There's a huge difference between Joe never being notified he owed $1182 and Rangel being in charge of the Ways and Means Committee and making an insignificant mistake of failing to report $75000 of taxable income.

Would not the Bush Justice Dept. and IRS be all over those if they were crimes?
