NOT if their name is Barack Hussein Obama and their Father was from Kenya.

That's not saying that Obama wasn't a very bright fellow, but if he had been white and his name was Bill Smith you have to wonder if his educational path wouldn't have been different.

Have his grades and LSAT scores ever been made public?

Of course, we just had a President that was more likely to be a truck driver than President of the U.S. if his name wasn't Bush, so it goes BOTH ways.
