Woops. My mistake. I had read an article a few weeks ago that said they were all "appointed by the Governor," and I made the faulty assumption that Palin was the Governor in question.

Still, the Personnel Board appears only to have looked at the issue of the legality of Monegan's firing. It was the pressure put on him to fire Wooten that is the real crux of the abuse of power case.

Do you think anything will come out of the Branchflower report? Are there indications that the Legislature will want to take some kind of action about that?
