got you to thank.. your thread was the incentive to get the ball rolling. now back to sizes of 25 years ago.

if i level off around 199. i will next shoot for 180. doing bike "semi recumbent cycle" daily twenty minutes average 5.75 miles to 6.0 miles. started about three weeks ago.

I figure once i hit the 199 i will start with free weights , light ones to firm up arms, body. I already see major progress in legs. i can now get down on floor and back up several times. Whereas, before it was a major project to get and up once. Tremendous flexibility and bounce in my walk.
