The worst. Absolutely. >> I don't think it is relevant any more. Since I don't like laws or regulations that don't do what they are supposed to do, I'd say that is a 'no'. Well, you're going to get it -- early -- in an Obama administration. The decision has been made to eliminate any dissenting voice where possible, and talk radio is the first battleground that will be attacked. They can't kill Limbaugh with this, as he's too big (most stations would simply find offsetting programming -- they don't care if it is the god-awful Jim Hightower (former Railroad Commissioner candidate and failed liberal talk radio host) -- but lesser voices like Laura Ingraham would like be eliminated. Do you consider her to be "hate speech"?
