Witchhunts are not in the american tradition but even if you could find something prosecutable, how the hell does it help this country that is in so much real trouble right now? Our attentions should be strictly focused on healing the divisions of the last 8 years, perhaps 16, and solve our problems. What you propose is a great diversion, so you can vent your hatred on bush being punished. You are right in a sense about ford and nixon. Maybe it did cost him the election but he did the right thing. So will obama. Party will owe him at least a year to do it his way. His way is the great unknown for all of us--we shall see.
