Would it be unreasonable to require journalists to disclose their party affiliation and whether they have voted for a particular candidate they are covering?

It might not be necessary if the so-called journalists acted in a professional manner, but that ship has utterly sailed.

Of even greater concern is the manner in which elected and appointed officials abuse their positions of power, with impunity.

That Helen Jones-Kelley in Ohio who accessed "Joe the Plumber's" records should be fired as far as I'm concerned.

Obama, the supposed "uniter", has done more to set back race relations in this country than any other person in the past decade, imo.

He is why you have journalists willing to throw away their credibility, officials like Jones-Kelley who abuse the public trust, Black Panthers who are allowed to stand in front of the polls holding night sticks and proclaiming that a "Black man WILL win this election," ACORN fraud, the slightest criticism of Obama agenda being tarred as "racist", people who disagree with Obama's policy of wealth redistribution characterized as "selfish" or "unpatriotic", etc. etc. etc.

Let's just hope there are enough people able to vote (or allowed to vote) who have not yet lost their minds.
