Had to run out today for food items, batteries for all the dead clocks etc. The streets along the major routes were lined with people displaying posters... Vote McCain and Palin for family values. The best one was Obama is a Communist. Don't vote for him. Honk if you voted for McCain/Palin. Went to Chipotles for lunch. But next door the place was giving out free lunches to all who voted. I of course had no vote pin but told the cashier that I absentee voted for Obama. She gave me a big smile... showed the back of her hand with the Obama on it. The elderly couple behind me just shook their heads in sad disagreement. It sure will be interesting to see how Florida votes as there were no posters for Obama. Just a young cashier with purple and streaked hair.. smile.
