If Obama wins the election, the nature of the Supreme Court will change to the left. The Democrats will push through all kinds of legislation that will waste money and have unintended but intentional consequences. For example, they may well push through legislation banning lead in bullets because they claim it harms the environment. The effect of this will be to raise the price of ammunition, thereby effectively diminishing the shooting sports and therefore the constituency they represent.
