Hillary not being on the ticket defrayed some of the attacks but they obviously had other attacks to make. And you think theyh will go silent? Never assume nor let up. Hope for the best, but expect they will get uglier and nastier than ever. You are not gay (I assume) but I am and I knew in 1992 what was coming after Bill C had put forth 'dont ask dont tell'. But the American people as a whole did not put forth good energy as a whole, or even back up queers as a whole. Perhaps now, queers aside (I am fine being aside for the better good) put it out folks. Cause the ugly has been and is coming. It is up to y'all. Blacks and queers and all of us 'others' are used to being downed. It is tiring but reality. Only MLK Jr and RFK understood it.
