Also, only 5 senate seats switch and 17 house seats.

Most pundits were predicting 8-9 and 25-32.

Just heard Karl Rove on Fox. The 2008 figures are still incomplete. Not all districts have reported. The absentee votes have not all been counted. Rove thinks turnout will be about 136 million, up from 122 million in 2004.
