It was not "factual". All the recounts (Miami Herald, et al.) showed Bush won anyway...but that is not the point...the "selected not elected" mantra is disrespectful to President Bush, the Constitution and our jurisprudence.....when disputes such as the one which arose in 2000 occur they are settled not with guns but by the Courts....it is that process where the transfer of power of this nation happened by a judicial determination rather than by violence which makes America the greatest nation on Earth...

The process was followed....and while you may not like the result, that decision must be respected.

It certainly is not factual. Bush won the election. Forget the Supreme Court.

As a Floridian I would think you would have read the definitive analysis carried out by the Miami Herald on the subject.
