You will find that most who contend that the constitution is being violated by a politician, either Democrat or Republican know little or nothing about the constitution, cannot discuss the constitutional issues intelligently and probably don't know the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. So, when they say a party or politician violated the Constitution, it means, they disagree with their idea of what I think the Constitution should mean.
