so states have the final say in their federal elections ?? Hmm then lets bring back the poll tax and testing before voting. Also land ownership

The Floridian thing is where I am coming from... the USSC stepped on our rights as defined by the US Constitution. Incorrect as a matter of law....as decided by the highest Court in the land..... And, its not "ancient history".....not while the slurs against Bush continue....as they do to this day. J.
