Don't see Obama as "revolutionary", but as "evolutionary". This is just one more step in the great American Experiment. Put this comment in because Der spiegel used the term "radical".

I think they are saying that Obama is a radical departure from Bush.

"radical political turnabout".... here "radical" simply means abrupt or quick IMHO.
