Ellen, Take a look at the ATLPA thread: Subject 13340 The original number of IPO shares was only 1.65 million. The total number of shares after the distribution to ODETA shareholders will be just under 10 million. There will be no dilution, only an increase in the float, since they have used the 10 million share number from the beginning to caluculate per share data. The increase in the float will be good for ATLPA since some institutions have minimum float limits on what they can buy. Greg
