Hi Skeeter. The system was turned up on 1 Oct (with a 20 day or so checkout period to make sure everything didn't crash and burn before the announcement, very embarrassing if it happens), therefore it's very likely that most of the infrastructure was already in China before onset of this quarter due to time for installation and commissioning etc. In fact they have probably had many portions of the network gearing up for operations for maybe the last six months or so. I don't think the announcement represents a large burst of shipments last Q.
