Jersey too. Both for jobs and because of the AARP/disabled lobby.

OR thinks outside the box. They do a lot things differently that the rest of the country.......even the rest of the PNW. On some things, Portland is way ahead of Seattle even though its the smaller city and less important. Ten probably knows more.....he used to live there.
