Halliburton has moved their HQ to Dubai. From my POV this should disallow them for any US govt bidding in the future.

not going there. I am not defending these guys. I am just saying you got to separate them. For example rummy screwed up but to call him a neocon is a stretch. Same with colin powell. Cheney may have had oil motivations but i think the neocons were looking to transform the middle east as well. Enuff said. this is da obama thread and i am not looking to fight about iraq, bush et al. Lets just enjoy for today.
