Actually I may blame Clinton for having been part of creating the bubble.
As for my 50k home equity loan application, I withdrew it before BofA rejected it.
Kind of funny, the local branch manager had been chasing me to apply for that loan for a year and when I did they didn't want my business.

I don't blame anybody because as luck hit, that forced me to sell a lot of my stock certificate holding, actually almost 500k$ by end of the day, to finance my new 15 acres place in Umbria, Italy.

Otherwise I would no doubt still sit on those stocks - at 25% of the value I "had" to sell them at.

Very lucky indeed. Hey, Clinton did something for me ;)
