67/68, but I hung around for a while - I probably dated her-lol.

I had a good life. Managed a small apartment building for rent, did some substitute teaching and played lowball at the clubs. Hippie women everywhere and they all believed in pre marital sex-lol.

Here is my favorite story you can relate to. When I joined the counter culture movement (very early on and the day I saw it-lol) all of my friends austrasized me and wouldn't let me play in the college poker game.

And the rumor was that I had started taking drugs and had gone crazy-lol.

There were legal poker clubs downtown, but the college kids were afraid of the pros and didn't go down there. So now I was forced to go down there and play. It was kind of scary at first. I had no idea what to do or what a blind was.

Well, the pros down there taught me how to play the game correctly. About a year later everyone became a hippie and I was allowed back into the college poker game again.

After having rumors spread all over campus that I had gone nuts from drugs, within one week of returning, I had won almost all the money in the game and went two years and never lost a single house game. Pat Dempster actually asked me not to come to the games anymore-lol.

Talk about revenge of the nerds. Someone should make a movie-lol.
