What you mean is seven years of making the terrorists stronger, helping them recruit more members, depleting our forces, ruining our reputation and credibility, and generally making us more susceptible to attack. It would be a wonder if there wasn't an attack - the way that Bush has left us wide open, while encouraging anti-American hatred.

Oh, and where is 'Dead or Alive' bin Laden? Another Bush failure - they are becoming too numerous to list.
