Right, but doesn't really address my suggestion that it is of prime importance to tap the power of the individual minds available to us through basic economic freedom. I must note that Bush, Nagan, and Governor Blanco all ran government relief efforts, not "private sector" relief. I'd be interested in hearing more about what disaster relief you coordinated.
