Chi, long time no see! Unfortunately for Microsoft, this won't come before a jury, judges are a little harder to bamboozle in general. I'm wondering if it will be before the same judge who thought the original consent decree was too wimpy and was trying to strengthen it on his own. Not that it makes that much difference. Hey, remember when you were peppering us with Browser stats and I was libelously accusing Microsoft of spiking the numbers? Last Dec? What were the alleged shares then, 60% NSCP/ 40%IE?
