LA is possible. Bring in more of the black vote and build on the democratic whites there if they have reason to vote dem. The south has been utterly neglected for decades. WV if coal is replaced and unions payed attention to... is possible. LA... if some thought is given to the state and to building things up there... it is possible. I agree about SC. It is the most antebellum of the south now that Virginia has branched out and changed. LA is a few rich and a whole lot of poor of all colors.
