Naive perhaps, but I have no motive to be disingenuous. All I know about eminent domain is from law school. No real world experience here for me, so I cannot say how imperfectly the system may be working.

I assume that the "off-topic" part of your question was tongue-in-cheek, since your question was indeed on-topic and the rest of the thread has wandered off-topic.

I don't have an answer for your question, but I do have one of my own: Any whisper numbers on UTEK? The price action wasn't too good today.
