I could point out the history of Intel's 486 ICE and how that was copied instruction-for-instruction by AMD engineers, but I know that wouldn't matter to you. It mattered dearly to AMD to the tune of $42 million in damages to Intel. It also proved their CEO to be a liar when he claimed there was no Intel uCode in AMD's 486. So AMD fans should take notice that it was their CEO who was proven in a Court of Law to be a Liar.
