He supported the Iraq war and he seems to support Israel, but the rest of his politics is liberal.

I think he's perfect for that job. Obama's going to have a lot of star prima donnas working under him - it'll take someone like Rahm to keep them in line. Which will be his job. It'll allow Obama to be the good cop. I doubt he'll be popular.
