phoenix: I don't think it's a matter of if but when we see an R/S. That's the only way for OrbitForm to get 50% of this company that I can see. I would guess something in the range of 1:6 to take O/S down to 100M, then issue 100M immediately for the 50%. Only wildcard is the preferred shares and how they figure into this.

It will be interesting to see what happens to the BoD after the acquisition, we could see the "new" team currently running the show just leave and the OrbitForm "three" be left to run things. I think that would make many current bagholders happier and give them a little hope (although no doubt one disgruntled message board poster will surely find some connection with OrbitForm crew to Marc and/or Rhonda ... a "six degrees to Kevin Bacon" type thing. LOL!).

I can only guess that the POTENTIAL of LACC is what has them interested here, as you say, why would they want all the financial baggage?!?!? Not to mention the added expense of being a public company.
