No Court of Law has ever ruled such, only 2 administrative bodies. One only made simple recommendations with no punitive action and the other a minor fine which is under appeal. Try and get your facts straight. I know you can't but I still have to ask.

What's that you say? Two administrative bodies have ruled that Intel violated antitrust laws?

Why, it's practically proof positive that Intel is innocent!
